Topic: Torrent site for good ebooks

As of late, Demonoid has been getting *loads* of good uploads of ebooks on securing your machine and such.

It's an interesting debate, but a bit off-topic for this forum.

Some people have advanced the view that blocking the free flow of digital information is immoral.  Have a read through Eben Moglen's writings - there might be something here you haven't thought of before.  Eben Moglen was a main co-author of GPL version 3.

O'Reilly has an interesting publishing model - you can get a subscription to "Safari" and access their books online.  I'm not a big fan of ebooks as I find them too hard on the eyes, plus no ebook reader is good/portable enough yet.  Dead trees for me I'm afraid.

I am merely providing you with the links to a website that provides the medium, but does not directly host, content that may or may not be of illicit material.

Legally speaking, I'm scot-free, because I'm not directly providing you with illegal materials, just access to a site which is legal in itself.

But if you want to be such a pansy about it, don't bother hacking, that's pretty much 'illegal' too.
