Weird coincidence - I just downloaded BackTrack 4 two days ago.  I'm eager to have a look when time allows.
Sure would be nice if that course could be downloaded in a nicer, searchable format like txt or pdf.

yeah sure it will be available soon the Pdf version for ( free ) but not the video's .

there is a good book called Metasploit Toolkit for Penetration Testing.

I cannot recommend this book. Far away from what Metasploit is capable of.
Was a waste of reading this.
